Position: Media Buyer
Department: Marketing Department
Description: Negotiate and purchase media for Intermark Media’s core lead generation categories on a CPM, CPC and CPL basis.
Identify and recruit marketing partners that will promote Intermark Medias core lead generation categories.

Prospect the Internet for websites relevant to the marketed product/service.

Work with and manage over outside affiliate networks to generate leads direct to our properties on a CPL basis.

Negotiate payouts and manage CPC, and CPM campaigns to Intermark Medias core lead generation categories to ensure media buys are backing in to the target CPL.

Generate and maintain effective business relationships.

Work with copywriting team to develop content that can be distributed as part of our media buys.

Work with design group to make tweaks to landing pages to improve site conversions and over all media buy ROI.

Negotiate content based media buys with major websites such as AOL, MSN and others to gain top tier placement within the site on a CPC or CPL, through leveraging the free content we can provide.

Monitor media agreements and contracts with outside media vendors.

Monitor media for placement and discrepancies and negotiates credit or billing adjustments when necessary. Monitor affiliate partner sites for proper ad placement and approved verbiage and creative.

Track expenditures to ensure compliance with budget.
Contribute ideas and text for new creatives.

Research and maintain record of trends, innovations, and changes that affect media buying.

Position: Affiliate Account Manager

Description: Key duties include working with our Affiliates, optimizing in-house and third party campaigns for all online advertising activities related to generating internet traffic and revenue.
You will be expected to:
Develop and Maintain strong industry relationships.
Negotiate affiliate programs.
Recruit new affiliates.
Monitor partner sites.
Analyze daily and weekly reports to track site progress.
Qualifications: This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.
College grad with Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business preferred.
No prior experience required.

  Description: The primary responsibility of this position is New Client Acquisition and Account Management on behalf of the Internet’s leading marketing services provider to the financial industry. The Sales Manager coordinates all work necessary to meet daily sales goals through:
 
Prospecting through cold calling and email.
Prompt follow up of interested prospects.
Account Management.
Maintenance of existing business relationships.
Providing Daily feedback to marketing personnel to improve quality of services.
Research of new opportunities.
  Qualifications: This position requires the ability to handle multiple projects at once while maintaining a constant flow of proposals to prospects. Other requirements are as follows:
 
Minimum of one year sales experience.
